Secondo capitolo per la serie Out of Time, che vede il Dottore di David Tennant interagire con le incarnazioni passate.
Dopo Doctor Who: Out of Time 1, con il quarto Dottore di Tom Baker è i Dalek, è il turno del quinto Dottore di Peter Davison e i Cybermen.
Forti del loro precedente incontro in Time Crash, breve storia trasmessa in occasione del Children in Need del 2007, i due Dottori sembrano subito in sintonia e, con l'aiuto di una agente del tempo inviata a controllare alcune anomalie temporali rilevate a Parigi, uniscono le forze per rimediare al paradosso che il loro incontro ha creato... portando i Cybermen a conquistare la Terra.
L'ottima intesa tra genero e suocero, i riferimenti alle storie passate ambientate a Parigi e quelli storici più seri rendono la storia dinamica e divertente.
Il breve tempo a disposizione forse rende tutto un po' caotico, ma non si può restare delusi.
