Trama
Rhys is planning a lads' night in. Barbie in the back yard, few tins, mates and bants. But the only person who turns up is Ianto – who hasn't been invited. Hell is other people, especially when they've brought board games.
Something goes wrong. The two of them could be trapped together for eternity at a barbecue where the sausages never cook, and worse, the brewskis remain forever out of reach.¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥
Rhys sta organizzando un barbecue con alcuni amici ma, tra tutti, il solo a comparire è Ianto... invitato da Gwen come punizione per il marito.
Ovviamente le cose, oltre alla serata andata deserta, non potevano andare bene e il solito problema a la Torchwood è pronto a manifestarsi.
Bolle temporali che bloccano dentro Ianto e Rhys e li mettono in comunicazione con una donna, prigioniera in un'altra bolla, costringendo Rhys a dare voce al suo lato più sentimentale.
Fulcro della storia non tanto l'ennesima minaccia uscita dal Rift, quanto l'incapacità, indotta dalla società, dei veri uomini di affrontare e esorcizzare disagio e lutto.
Finale ad hamburger e birra, ma con un bel messaggio per il pubblico.
