Trama
The TARDIS is gone. Stranded in one time and place, the Doctor, Liv and Helen seek refuge in Baker Street. But the house has changed: they now have neighbours – not all of them welcoming. And someone has a dire warning for the future.
The Doctor and friends face their greatest challenge yet: living one day after another, in 2020 London.

Trying to find a way to resume his travels, the Doctor calls in some old favours.
As the residents get to know the new arrivals, something else finds its way into Baker Street, seeding suspicion.

Sopravvissuti all'ultimo box set, il trio composta dal Dottore, Liv ed Hellen si trovano bloccati nel 2020, a Londa.
Il Tardis è una cabina vuota e inutile e non sarà facile per loro adattarsi ad un tempo a cui non appartengono... e pagare le bollette.
1.2 Wild Animals by John Dorney
Le avventure spaziotemporali sono nulla rispetto alla vita di tutti i giorni... soprattutto quando le cose non vanno per niente bene.
1.3 Must-See TV by Lisa McMullin
Il Dottore non vuole farsi coinvolgere nella gestione del palazzo che possiede... ma l'arrivo di qualcuno più affidabile lo irrita molto.
Per fortuna che qualcosa di misterioso e potenzialmente alieno inizia a farsi vedere.
1.4 Divine Intervention by David K Barnes
Sul finire del primo boxset vengono introdotti più elementi interessanti. Un gruppo di crescita personale, alieni che vogliono eliminare il Dottore e, forse, qualche scintilla di vita per il povero Tardis, trasformato in biblioteca dalla comunità del quartiere.
Il Dottore, Hellen e Liv si ritrovano bloccati nella Londra del 2020, sopravvissuti all'ultima avventura di Doctor Who: Doom Coalition 4 (Day of the Master) ma con il Tardis in fin di vita e ridotto ad un guscio vuoto.
Adattarsi alla vita normale non è facile, nessuno di loro è nel posto o momento giusto. Ma, ben presto, Helen e Liv faranno conoscenze interessanti (eufemismo per il Curatore) e, nel momento in cui si innesca una sorta di routine, ecco che iniziano i guai.
Inizio un po' lento e poco adrenalinico per questo primo cofanetto, ma devo essere poste loe vasi per la nuova serie e direi che è normale. Suona strano sentirli nel 2020, senza citazioni per i fatti che sono accaduti nel 2020... ma nulla era prevedibile quando il primo volume è stato registrato. Chissà se la serie raggiungerà la realtà o se ci troveremo in una Terra alternativa per la serie.
Restiamo in attesa, come sempre... impegnando il tempo con le altre millemila uscite.
