Thomas Ligotti è uno dei più importanti autori contemporanei. Questo libro è dedicato a lui e ai suoi mondi.
Avrei tanto voluto farne parte (come anche in Season in Carcosa), avevo anche un racconto adattissimo, purtroppo questo era un progetto a inviti, chiuso, ed è un vero peccato.
Joseph Pulver sarà con me in veste di autore in un'antologia che uscirà tra poco, ed è sinonimo di qualità.
Se solo questo libro è bello un decimo di A Season in Carcosa ci sarà da leccarsi i baffi, cosa che non dubito.
E ormai non mi curo neanche più della situazione dei poveri lettori italiani e di come vengono trattati senza alcun rispetto e presi per il culo dall'editoria italiana. L'unica soluzione è leggere in inglese (o francese o tibeano se preferite). Le scelte soggettive sono l'unica via.
Ce l'ho tra le mani e lo rigiro da un po', adesso vado ad immergermi e smarrirmi in lande familiari... a bientot.
P.S. La copertina è di Daniele Serra. Talento italiano che come per scrittori e qualsiasi altro genere di talenti italiani ha visto che l'unico modo per farsi strada e dove conti davvero la meritocrazia è dedicarsi al mercato americano...
